Truckee Bike Rack Converted to Tow-N-Carry Rack

Model: 4HRB1-2 (Truckee 4 Bike Rack) with HT-3 (Hitch-Vise, fits 2" Class III receiver.)

Truckee bike rack that has been converted to a Tow-N-Carry rack by swapping the rack base shank with a 12" ball mount and adding Hitch-Vise model HT-3 anti-rattle clamp. Rack is installed on a 2" Class III receiver.
