Adapt-a-Rack™

All-metal sleeve-style adapter attaches to the 1 1/4" base and is used for 2" hitches. Adapter is removed for 1 1/4" hitches (patent pending). Spool Head threaded hitch pin is used to tighten base in hitch for both 1 1/4" and 2" hitches.

Spool Head hitch tightener is a threaded hitch pin with an extra long bolt head and is used on all racks. The extra long head clears the safety chain loops so you can get a grip with of plenty of room to turn without the wrench slipping off. The pointed end acts as a hole finder for straight and easy starting and accommodates a regular hitch clip or 3/16" diameter shackle padlock for added safety and security. The thread size is 1/2" coarse thread with 13 threads per inch.
